We are looking to add an experienced construction maintenance supervisor / working superintendent to our team to work throughout the lower 48 states. We are a facility maintenance/ general construction company that specializes in hospitality as well as multi-family dwellings.
Some things about the position:
Leading and managing the on-site construction team.
Coordinating and overseeing all work on site.
Attending production meetings.
Reviewing and becoming familiar with the schedule and budget, and ensuring adherence to these.
Ensuring quality standards are met.
Some things about you:
Self starter
Team player
Bilingual a plus
Experience in construction maintenance/ management
Hospitality experience a plus
punctual / reliable
effective communicator
licensed driver
willing and able to travel for weeks or more at a time
