Found Dog in Community Forest?

Came across a dog with a collar but no tag and no owner anywhere nearby on trail 8/9 near the bench in the Community Forest at about 2pm today. Acted lost but wasn't willing to follow a person. Looked like a Great Dane. If you've lost a dog in the area, hopefully this helps.
