In addition, if you have skillsets you are looking to grow, our team has experts in all trades that can help you reach your goals.    DESIRED SKILLS 5+ years of experience Electrical (install switches, dimmers, light fixtures, etc.) Plumbing (faucet installs, toilet installs, dishwasher installs, leak detection, etc.) Drywall (hang, patch and match texture) Demolition Light Carpentry: crown molding, panel construction, bookcases, mantels, boxed ceiling details,  Light Framing: (Trim work/hardware, base/case, door/window install, etc.) Rough Carpentry: framing, steel stud framing, base and case, doors/window installation, stairs, cabinetry Punch list execution with an eye for detail Hanging (TVs, artwork, etc.) REQUIRED SKILLS Time Management Complete small to medium repairs and home improvement projects Attend meetings as requested Detail and service oriented, maintain site cleanliness Come with your tools, using the tool allowance to build on what you already have Be willing to learn technology used internally to best perform administrative functions of your role Complete daily logs and time sheets as required Pass a drug screen test   BENEFITS Full-time position Tool Allowance Phone Plan Paid PTO   APPLY If you feel that you are the jack-of-all-trades that we are looking for, send your cover letter and resume with "HANDYMAN" in the subject line.    If you have the following skillsets, this may be the right fit: Property maintenance, building engineer, handyman, residential property management, electrical, AV, plumbing, painting, carpentry, maintenance technician, mechanic, roofing, welding, general labor
