Small Gardening Company serving Denver & Boulder Hello, we are looking to hire new crew members for the 2021 season. Background in horticulture, landscape maintenance and garden design would be a wonderful start! The business is in need of skilled and knowledgeable staff whom are self motived and professional. We specialize in garden maintenance and design installations for high end residential homes. It's impeccable to have professional team members that know what they are doing. Each maintenance visit is rotated bi-weekly or monthly. Since our maintenance visits support our client's budget, we are under a time crunch to perform routine visits that are thorough with a strong attention to detail. Master gardener requirements: - Physically capable to preform gardening work in a timely and professional manor. - Upholds a professional image and demeanor. - Is available for full or part time hours. - Able to build professional relationships with our staff, clients and are available to answer questions if our clients have concerns about their gardens. - Is an independent contractor and holds their own lability insurance. - Mindful about keeping the jobsite clean. - Able to take the lead and follow instructions from the owner. - Listens well and follows through with direction with a positive outlook. - Time management skills. - Has their own transportation and able to travel to jobsites in Denver, Greenwood Village, Cherry Hills, Boulder... - Knowledge of perennials, trees, shrubs and native plant with the MGC. - Please send an email with updated resume and tell us a little bit about your background and why you would be a great fit!
