Property Caretaker for busy family

Part time position (5-15 hours per week) helping busy family keep up with a lot of small projects and general maintenance on a 1/2 residential lot. Tasks and projects may include: - Yard work - Clean up and organization of exterior and garage area - Pulling dying bushes - Painting - Covering the boats - Cleaning the boats - Trimming trees - Tearing down old gazebo - Watering garden - Hauling yard waste to landfill - Possibly supervising other vendors working on other projects (tree or stump removal for example) - Repairing things that break Requirements - Must have a valid drivers license - Be willing to have a background check - Be comfortable lifting up to 45 lbs - Be comfortable climbing a ladder - Good with hand tools and basic construction principles Our property is on a private lake and there is just a lot going on, too many projects to keep up with. We work and travel a lot so the weekend projects tend to get neglected. The perfect person for this opportunity: - Has a lot of experience with normal household projects - Takes pride in doing a job well over doing a job fast - Is looking for some extra money as well as something the keep them busy a couple days a week - Doesn't need a guaranteed number of hours per week or month - Works and their own pace, is self motivated, and is good at understanding instructions without much supervision - Enjoys being outside in a quite setting on the water If you think you are the perfect person for this but you don't have a resume simply provide a letter explaining your background and experience with your contact information.
