Join Charisse on a scenic nature trail and a gentle yoga flow.
Join Vibe Yoga as we explore Cedar Ridge Preserve. The combination of Yoga and Hiking is a good way to celebrate the union of the Mind + Body + Spirit and Nature.
$20 covers: your suggested entrance fee to the park, 60 minute yoga class, a group hike on a beautiful scenic trail.
Be sure to BYOM (bring your mat), a mask, sunscreen, bug spray, plenty of water, a camera, and your smile.
Be sure to wear suitable shoes with traction. Hiking boots are fine.
*In the case of rain or any other inclement weather affecting the ability to hike or practice yoga, your ticket will be credited towards any future Vibe Yoga events or classes.

Once Inside The Park:
Meet your instructor, Charisse, under the tree in front of the administration office (to the right as soon as you enter the park).
Please arrive early for parking. The line to park inside of the park can get pretty long causing a wait.
