The RockSalt workout you know and love, to support the AAPI community! For this series of classes, all proceeds will be donated to charities and organizations working to fight increased violence towards the AAPI community. We'll rock out to music by Asian artists and sweat it out in classic RockSalt fashion, all in efforts to dismantle the racism that our AAPI friends and family are experiencing today. Class will be led by our own instructors, Sabrina and Joyce, who proudly rock their Asian heritage every day. Come join Joyce on April 25th and Sabrina on May 2nd for 50 minutes of RockSalt's signature heart-pumping, uplifting, full-body-sculpting workout!
