Join us for one of the most unique charity golf events in the world, the Golden Golf Challenge, benefitting the Valley Medical Center Foundation. Born from a group of golfers who wanted to create a charity golf tournament that was not your basic drunken scramble. In this innovative test of golf you will play your own ball and compete for fun, glory and great prizes. It is a fun three day format with the first two days at Spring Valley Golf Course and the final day at Stanford Golf Course. The competition includes the Golden Ball Challenge where the golden ball rotates through your group and your team wins if your golden ball has the lowest score. The Valley Medical Center Foundation (VMC Foundation) is an independent community-driven 501c3 nonprofit organization founded to support and protect Silicon Valley’s most vital public healthcare institution – Santa Clara Valley Medical Center Hospital & Clinics. In partnership with SCVMC, the VMC Foundation raises philanthropic dollars to improve existing services, pioneer new models of care, and advance the cause of high quality healthcare for all.
