Do you know someone who needs a housesitter? I'm a long-time Concord resident (having raised 3 kids here) who would love to remain in Concord or live near by. (I founded Concord Indivisible, and recently received an award for non-profit leadership.) If rental, modestly priced with good light, privacy and access to an outside sitting area are important to me. I don't have pets or smoke. I am responsible, trustworthy, and have good credit.
