Wild Flower Farms is a Tier II Cannabis Farm looking fo.r desirable candidates to work in the Applegate Valley. We are currently hiring for farm hands. We are looking for people who are responsible, have a professional and mature attitude, are dependable (transportation must be solid), communicate well and take constructive criticism as a pro not a con, and most importantly, good vibes! Our farm prefers to promote from within the company and we plan on expanding throughout the next 2-3 years. We take pride in growing a high quality, organic product, in a clean professional environment. Come learn from head gardeners who have been cultivating high quality flower for over a decade. Requirements: -Exceptional communication is a must! Must be able to receive ongoing feedback, as well as communicate your thoughts in a constructive manner.
