WEST HAVEN, CT - A West Haven resident is $100,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On April 5, Joseph Maturo, of West Haven, purchased a Powerball ticket from the Lucky Food Mart in West Haven and won $100,000.
