BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — A crash has snarled traffic on Interstate 695 Tuesday afternoon in Baltimore County. The multi-vehicle crash happened near the exit for Interstate 95, officials said. Three vehicles collided on the inner loop of the beltway at exit 33 for I-95 north, transportation officials said.
