GULFSTAR HOMES is looking for a hard-working person to assist our construction supervisors with job site clean up, errands, cabinet deliveries, clean up of washouts, etc. The ability to perform construction punch-out including minor painting, trim work, caulking and grouting is a plus. Must have a vehicle, valid driver's license and be willing to undergo background and credit checks and random drug testing. A stipend will be paid in addition to salary for mileage put on personal vehicle. Must live in the immediate vicinity of North Port. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $40,000 per year and potential for year-end bonus.
