I am looking for someone detail-oriented to touch up areas missed on the outside of the house and fence when it was repainted; to paint a bedroom ceiling (12x15 feet); paint the ceiling of a 8x10 patio (25% is painted) clean any bad areas left (95% done) on outdoor travertine walkways and brick walkways and spray sealer on them; spray waterproof sealer on house. I want to talk to the person who does this job before it's awarded. It's important to me to have that dialogue first. I only speak English, but will do my best if you don't speak it well. I have the brushes, sprayers, tools, paint, tape. This work should take about 2 days and I have other jobs that would take the full 2 days if it goes faster. I pay $100 cash at the end of each day, for a total of $200 cash. The work can start this Thursday the 8th. My expectation is good, attention to detail work for 8 hours a day. You'll never work for a friendlier or grateful couple. Our health just isn't what it used to be and we can use the help getting ready for an appraisal.
