Looking to learn the beginning progressions of Ring Muscle Ups? Are you close to getting them, but haven’t yet been able to get one unassisted? Or do you have Ring Muscle Ups but want to improve your technique on them?
For those looking to learn the beginning progressions of RMUs, in this hour you will learn proper technique for kip swings, the appropriate way to do banded drills on the rings, as well as jumping MU. We will also teach you how to begin developing the strength necessary to perform the skill.
For those of you who are well-versed in ring muscle up drills and are ready to take it to the next level, we will get you there.
And finally, for those of you who have ring muscle ups already but feel they can get better, we will help you to become more efficient at them.
Bring your grips if you wear them!!
