Re-opening Church PLEASE READ THIS IN ITS ENTIRETY: We are excited to return to the sanctuary for in-person worship. Capacity is limited based on guidelines issued by the State of California and Los Angeles County. Reserve your space to worship in-person at Shackelford Miracle Temple Church of God in Christ. PLEASE NOTE: Doors will open and screening will begin at 8:10AM at least 20 mins prior to the start of service (please note that this time may be modified to meet sanitation requirements). Please arrive on time. Check-in closes 20 minutes after the start of service. All reserved seats will be released 20 minutes after the start of service if you are not checked-in. Every person needs to be counted including "lap babies" as this will impact our overall person count. To complete your reservation, you will need to pre-select your seat. Families from the same household will be grouped together. Please do not reserve seating in clusters that are larger than your reservation need. Seating assignments are subject to reassignment as necessary by the event host. TIP: For ease of seat selection, I recommend that you click the button "BUY ON MAP" when prompted to make your seat selection. Please note: all seat reservations are free. PRIOR TO THE EVENT AND ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT, PLEASE CONFIRM THAT : • you do not have a temperature above 100.4 Fahrenheit • you are not showing new or unusual cough, shortness of breath, chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell, diarrhea • you have not been openly exposed to someone with COVID-19 within the last 14 days • you will contact the church immediately if you find out within 14 days of visiting the church that you have tested positive for COVID-19 WHEN ON THE PREMISE, PLEASE: • Check-in by scanning barcode(one way entry). • Masks must be worn in the building and throughout worship (we will provide one if you do not have one). • Sit in your pre-reserved seat only. We will not have separate kids and teen ministry services at this time. • Please refrain from hugging, shaking hands and keep a safe distance of 6ft or more throughout the service. • Keep social distance whenever possible. • Please exit the building promptly to allow us to prepare for the next service. Congregating in the lobby or worship center is not conducive to social distancing. • Wash and sanitize your hands often. Hand sanitizing stations are available throughout the building. • Offering can be given and put in the box provided. If you are serving in this worship service, DO NOT make a reservation for general seating. Please contact your department leader for reservation instructions. Every effort is made to ensure the health and safety of all attendees. You are required to adhere to all safety policies, as well as local laws and restrictions. By reserving space and attending this event, you are hereby releasing Shackelford Miracle Temple COGIC, its Board of Directors, Officers, staff, and affiliates of any liabilities that may arise including sickness, incident, or accidents caused by COVID-19 and related illnesses.
