I live in a small apartment in DC, and I am looking for a small/toy breed puppy that will get up to no more than 20 lbs when full grown. Looking for one that has a very calm, sweet disposition to train and personally use as an emotional support dog. Breeds that I’m interested in are Cavachons, Shih Tzu and Shih Tzu mixes, King Charles Cavaliers, French Bulldogs, Cotton de Tulear and associated mixes, Bichon Frise and Bichon Frise mixes. No deposits, only paying rehoming fee in cash when I come pick the puppy up. I am really wary about sending money electronically because of scammers, and I’ve actually had a few deposits that I paid with via Cashapp/Venmo/Zelle kick back because they were flagged as scams. Willing to drive up to 2 hours away, so if you have one available or know someone who does within my budget ($600) please let me know. Thank You!
