Press release from the City of Roanoke: Posted on: April 5, 2021 ROANOKE, VA – Beginning on Tuesday, April 6, the City of Roanoke's Stormwater Division will be conducting underground utility work on 13th St NE. 13th St will be closed between Mason Mill Rd and Templeton Ave. Work is expected to be completed by Wednesday, April 7 at 5PM. Please follow the established detour route.
