TOMS RIVER, NJ — Repair crews from Suez are working to fix a water main leak on Hooper Avenue near the intersection with Madison Avenue Tuesday morning, water company officials said. The leak is in the center of the road, said Jane Kunka, a Suez spokeswoman. Hooper Avenue is open but police are directing traffic around the work area. Motorists should use caution in the area.
