Twerkout with Tooch Hi, I’m Tooch and I am an LTO instructor. Twerkout is a workout where you learn twerk moves! It helps build your technique and confidence in twerking while exercising! It’s great for beginners because we go over the moves step by step! It’s also great practice or a refresher for those who already know how to twerk! Bring your friends, partner, mom, workout buddy or family! It’s a great way to bond, learn something new or share laughs! We love beginners.. so don’t be shy. Both genders are welcome! But, you must participate to come. Adults ONLY 18+ wear comfortable clothes..must wear Sneakers! Knees pads will help but aren’t required! They are optional. Bring water and no additional people can come because of covid restrictions! Wear a mask! This class is in Sacramento.
