ARLINGTON, VA — Officials from Arlington County Public Health inspected food preparation and storage businesses in Arlington County. From March 24-28, officials inspected 17 businesses, of which four restaurants were in violation.
Violations noted below — such as the three at Bishop O'Connell High School — involve those issues that would typically require a re-inspection if not corrected or those that are more likely than other violations to contribute to food contamination.
"In our experience, it is unrealistic to expect that a complex, full-service food operation can routinely avoid any violations," according to Virginia Department of Health's website.Here are the inspection violations reported between March 24-28:
