All individuals arrested or charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. REPORTS MALICIOUS WOUNDING, 2021-04050001, East Falls Church Metro Station. At approximately 12:01 a.m. on April 5, police were dispatched to the Virginia Hospital Center for the late report of a stabbing. Upon arrival, it was determined that the male victim and the known male suspect became involved in a verbal dispute, during which the suspect produced a knife. The victim put his hands up to protect himself, during which he suffered a laceration. The victim was treated at the hospital for a minor injury. The suspect is described as a white male in his early 50's, 6 feet tall, approximately 250 – 300 pounds with short blond hair. The investigation is ongoing. UNLAWFUL ENTRY, 2021-04030041, 1100 block of N. Hudson Street. At approximately 2:22 a.m. police were dispatched to the report of a burglary in progress. Upon arrival, officers observed the suspect sitting at a table inside a closed restaurant and gave him commands to exit, which he complied with. The investigation determined the suspect forced entry into the restaurant by breaking two glass doors. Devin Surrette-Fahey, 21, of Milton, MA, was arrested and charged with Unlawful Entry and Destruction of Property (Felony). BURGLARY (late), 2021-04020148, 1400 block of Crystal Drive. At approximately 5:07 p.m. on April 2, police were dispatched to the late report of an attempted breaking and entering. Upon arrival, it was determined that between 5:30 p.m. and 7:54 p.m. on April 1, the unknown suspect(s) attempted to force entry into an office space. The door to the office space was damaged but no entry was made. There is no suspect(s) description. The investigation is ongoing. INDECENT EXPOSURE, 2021-04030019, 12th Street S. at Army Navy Drive. At approximately 12:12 a.m. on April 3, police were dispatched to the report of a fare dispute between a taxi driver and customer in the 300 block of Army Navy Drive. The customer was issued a summons and sent on his way. Officers then observed the customer urinating in public. Theowdros Tadesse, 56, of No Fixed Address was issued Virginia summonses for Failing to Pay Taxi Fare and Indecent Exposure. He was released on scene.
