Technician responsibilities includes: - Cleaning carpet, upholstery, tile - Pet stain removal, stain removal - Must be able to lift at least 75lbs - Basic knowledge of chemical mixture and/or ability to learn quickly - Flood extraction - Able to be on call for flood extraction calls after hours - Carpet Cleaning commercial and residential -Construction and Reconstruction Cleaning -Restoration cleaning -Black water extraction and clean up -Covid 19 cleaning -Basic janitorial cleaning -Rug and upholstery cleaning - **A qualified candidate would possess the following: - Reliable transportation (may need to use personal vehicle for transport between multiple job sites when not using the TMU) - Reliable communication (we use email and the phone to communicate schedules as well as on site communication) - Be able to arrive on time to job sites (punctuality is a must with our clients)- Be able to work between the hours of 7am-5pm - Quick learner- Self motivating - Detail orientated- Able to follow directions - Able to report hours weekly and job details as needed - Able to problem solve independently The following items are a plus and are considered when analyzing starting pay: - IICRC Certified - Water Extraction Certified Job Type: Full-time Pay: $14.50 - $17.50 per hour based on experience and work ethic
