Join Kaitlyn for this Tuesday evening vinyasa class at 5:30pm on the beautiful shores of Bayou St. John! We're bringing our signature bends to the Bayou! Join Kaitlyn (aka: Kitty, aka: midsplittykitty) every Tuesday night at 5:30pm for this all-levels class. This empowering 60 minutes will include vinyasa flows with fun transitions, balancing poses, deep stretching and savasana. Kitty never disappoints in keeping class novel and assessible to all! Location: Kaitlyn has a special love for the Bayou and is excited to share this class with yogis in her neighborhood. Class will take place surrounding the carved tree, on the area of the Bayou located in front of the American Can Company (intersection of Orleans and S Jefferson Davis Pkwy). On street parking can be found in the surrounding neighborhood.
