A community gathering of yoga, breath work, art, wellness and music! JOIN US for this epic event!!! We will have a full lineup of teachers, artists and musicians to share and perform throughout the evening 7-11pm Tickets $40 a person, proceeds go directly to venue and artists. MISSION: Wellness: Making choices that improve our way of life. Higher Ground offers yoga, breath, light and sound. You come as you are. Dharma settles us in with a grounding yoga flow. Zaire offers a breath so we connect deeper to self. Dru transmutes energy with a special Ajna light offering. Evelyn drops us into a healing sound bath. You are worthy in all ways just as you are. Music: The universal language is fundamental to Higher Ground intention. “Music makes the people come together” Madonna. Rahma holds the pulse spinning grooves and elevating the space. The band Utmost High deliver a spirited sound journey. Shylah takes us all the way up with soulful expression. The joy of live music will be yours to have. Art: We develop a visual culture through art. The passion artists cultivate with their work is as much a part of wellness as yoga or music. Higher Ground helps keep that present in our gathering opportunities. Jayna, Sandy, JP and Bodeck each have a sophistication and purpose with their art.
