I just moved here from Louisiana and my license was expired so I was forced to get a permit when I went in to transfer it. Now I have to take a driving test to get my license but I don't have a car to take the test in and I need my license to get a car so here I am. I have a test scheduled for 8:45 at the dmv on moorse road Friday morning. I would like someone to meet me there with a vehicle that meets the testing requirements with valid insurance.
