Seeking an energetic and physically fit person to assist our lead handy man in maintaining mobile homes. Some experience in carpentry, plumbing, or electrical work is desired but not required. The following is required: Dependable, Valid Drivers License & Transportation, Physically Strong, and a pleasant/respectful attitude. The starting rate of pay is $10.00/Hour. This is an excellent opportunity to get paid and learn from a master of the trade! You will learn hands-on how to perform carpentry, plumbing, and light electrical work. The current focus is mobile home move outs and refreshes. This is where the muscles come into play! Upon demonstration of good skills, and reliability, an increase in pay will be considered.
