Enjoy a Hardman Farm signature dining experience complete with black powder and moonshine demonstrations. Immerse yourself in an evening full of Appalachian culture, local history, local food, music and more. Live moonshine and black powder demonstrations will engage you while you enjoy Southern fare including: Pork Belly with Apple Bourbon Glaze, Chuckwagon Beef Tips, Smoked Gouda Grits, Collard Greens and Peach Cobbler. Wash it all down with some local brew from Tantrum Brewing Company. Locally renowned and State award winning fiddle player, Elliott Sperin will complete the experience in the shadow of Mt. Yonah and the Indian Mound. Guests will also enjoy meandering through the bottom floor of the 1870 Italianate Mansion before dinner.
