The goal is for the client to be as independent as possible, and in order to do so, she needs a reliable and trustworthy PCA. Daily needs are some of the following: Bathing, grooming, eating, bathroom help, going out in the community, to name a few. The type of person sought is, someone who wants to be active and is young-at-heart, is easy-going and isn't afraid to stay on-the-go. You should be responsible, reliable, on-time.
