HOUSE LEVELING

I have a small bungalow (tiny house) OF ABOUT 350 SF in a simple rectangle shape that is leaning badly to one side. I need help leveling it out. It leans towards the long wall where the floor joists rest. The bungalow is about 15' x 21' with raised wood floor on piers (not continuous footing) and only about 12" crawls space. In June I will be gutting the interior to drywall, separating all utilities, and removing plywood on half the floor to lighten load and for access. I need someone with water level, jacks and stands to level for me. Rim beams or joists can not be relied on to take the jack pressure, assume that an exterior beam will need to be attached to OUTSIDE of building for lifting. Then new piers placed as needed. This is the bid part of the work. After leveling you can participate in new pier installation, framing, electrical, plumbing if you want and have experience in those areas. Or just do the leveling and reset house after we do piers. This bungalow is surrounded by other occupied rentals so I need someone that can work discretely and considerate of my tenants. Normal construction noise fine but not a big crew with loud talking, radios, a bunch of trucks, etc. I am planning to start this work in mid May or June 1 latest, depending on who can do the leveling. I need someone RELIABLE to set this up with and who will perform. I will be juggling a LOT of things including relocating a tenant for this remodel and can not be left hanging.
