ELMHURST, IL — A woman in the 400 block of South Argyle Avenue told police she saw a person standing naked on a balcony about 7:30 p.m. Sunday, according to a police report. Speaking with an officer, the person admitted to being naked, but believed the trees would block the view from the other houses, police said. The woman declined to sign a complaint. The other person agreed not to stand naked on the balcony again, the report said. The incident was labeled public indecency.
