The Dunes on the Waterfront is looking for a few energetic people to join its seasonal full time maintenance team.
Responsibilities to include:
Grounds keeping (mowing, trimming and clean up)
General maintenance (minor plumbing, minor carpentry and repairs)
Maintaining pool (daily opening, cleaning, chemicals and daily closing)
Working with housekeeping/front desk to make sure guestrooms and cottages are at optimal condition prior to guests arrivals.
High level of self motivation and ability to multitask and prioritize multiple requests at a time.
This applicant may work 20-40 hours per week. Shifts will include days, nights, weekends and Holiday's.
Ideal job applicant should have experience in minor repairs and maintenance, ability to lift 50+ pounds and able to run lawn equipment.
This position qualifies for an end of season bonus. Looking for someone to start ASAP!
