Madison - To Menomonie - Madison linehaul M-F evenings. Year round work. ***PLEASE***Include a personal email when replying. We are Alliance Courier in Windsor. TT shuttle driver needed to take fairly empty trailer to Menomonie WI. 3:30 Pm to Midnight Mon-Fri nights. No weekends. Two stops in Menomonie. Skids, cages and other material is loaded by other Alliance Courier dock employees. Not a drop and hook. Help with load to not get bored out of your mind. Not a solo load situation. Company vehicle provided. $26 per hour. Medical, Dental, Vision and 401k. PTO days for Class A drivers. Schedule: Monday – Friday nights (approximately 3:30 PM Start time) Responsibilities You would be delivering and picking up auto parts, totes, skids and cages. You would be responsible for driving in all different weather conditions as we deliver rain, snow, or sunshine! Determines condition of vehicle by inspecting vehicle before and after use per DOT regulations. Reports any and all conditions to supervisor. Maintains a safe vehicle, safe driving conditions and protects load by complying with company policies, procedures, roadway rules and regulations. Provides customer service by listening and helping resolve customer concerns. Responsible to use our ELB to log hours per DOT regulations for hours of service. Responsible to use a hand held scanning device to track various items in transit. Forklift or pallet jack available to assist with load and unload trailer both at base and at Menomonie. Other duties as assigned Qualifications Must be 21 years of age. Have had a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 3 years. Pass pre-employment testing (drug screen – CDL holders, DOT physical and background check). Have an acceptable MVR as per our company Fleet Safety Policy. Be fluent in English both written and spoken. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of 1 year of delivery experience Valid DOT med card Customer service experience Forklift experience or certification PHYSICAL DEMANDS OF JOB Ability to lift cases up to 60 pounds on a regular basis Ability to push/pull cages filled bulk mail parcels Ability to push/pull either 2 wheeler or pallet of cases/tubs Ability to operate a pallet jack Sitting for long periods of time driving a truck
