Bubble Mania and Company offers an educational, entertaining shows on the science of bubbles for birthdays, schools, libraries and festivals for the past 20 years. We currently need Bubblologists in Los Angeles County To qualify you must have high energy, enthusiasm, be reliable, responsible, and genuinely enjoy working with children and HAVE AN SUV OR HATCHBACK to take equipment in and out. ( some sedans if the seats folds will be able to fit the equipment. Mainly 3.5 feet kiddy pools. We need people to work both during the week and week-end, although it would be mostly week-ends.We assign you to work the jobs that are scheduled in your area depending on your availability. This is a part-time position, but of course the more available you are the more work you will get BUBBLOLOGISTS ARE PAID $65 to $105 per show,( plus tips on birthday parties).the shows take approximately one hour($65) to 1hour 30 min($105) to complete, + 30min to set up and pick up. For distances in excess of 40 miles round trip,we will pay you an extra $35 cents per total mile We need you to perform our copyrighted script and show over a couple of training sessions. As a Bubblologist you are an independent contractor. We will provide the equipment, but you will need to buy the soap for the solution. Taxes are not deducted from your pay and you will receive a 1099 at the end of each year. You can write off mileage, auto expenses, cell phone etc...
