Marine Mechanic We are looking for an experienced marine mechanic to work full time. We prefer a person who has strong work ethic and willing to learn how to perform work orders correctly, safely, and efficiently. You must be punctual, with good hygiene, and clean uniform when starting work. You must interact professionally to customers, co-workers, and people who work in the marinas and boatyards. You must be able to work independently or in a team. You must have basic set of tools, valid driver’s license with clean driving record, be a US citizen or legally allowed to work in the US, be able to pass random drug testing, and be in good health to lift at least 50 pounds, can crawl or bend around engine rooms. Paid online training will be provided for certification. Work uniform will be provided as well. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM. Pay depends on your experience starting at $18-32 per hour, ability to earn pre-approved overtime pay, plus benefits (health insurance 75% of the cost covered, 401K, and some holiday pay/time off pay/sick pay). Parts Sales We are looking for a store sales person who will be helping boat owners and mechanics with parts. We prefer a person who is naturally curious on how things work or mechanically inclined. You must possess the ability to work on a variety of tasks with frequent interruptions. You must be able to interact with staff and others in an open, friendly manner. You must have the ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision, and has the urgency to finish tasks. This is a full-time job with work schedule of Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM. Pay depends on your experience starting at $15-18 per hour plus benefits (health insurance 75% of the cost covered, 401K, and some holiday pay/time off pay/sick pay). Online training will be provided for certification and this job has potential for growth! You must have at least high school or GED certificate, be a US citizen or legally allowed to work in US, be able to pass random drug testing, and be in good health to lift at least 50 pounds.
