We need to rehome Desoto, who is a 1 year, 8 month old lab mix. Approximately 30lbs. Up to date on shots. He is a very sweet and intelligent dog, he walks very well on a leash, excellent jogging/hiking partner as well. He is still working on some leash manners when other dogs are nearby. He is housebroken and crate trained. He learns quickly and can follow basic commands. He can be a very active dog, but also laid back when needed. He loves to lay at your feet. We need to rehome Desoto because he is not getting along with our two small senior dogs and cat. This is a difficult decision, but we've realized he would do best in a single pet home, with no small children. We want to find a perfect home for him, so we are open to meet and greets so he can become familiar with his potential new family.
