Western Asphalt is looking for paving operators and laborers to join our team. We specialize in commercial, residential and industrial paving. Job description includes physical ability to operate equipment under extreme weather conditions and for extended hours of time. Must be physically able to repetitively lift, bend, load and unload equipment on a regular basis. Normal shift is 8-12 hours. Ability to be flexible with last minute schedule changes, location changes, and time of shift changes. Overtime work required. HOURS: Seasonal Full time, days and hours will vary. Must have current Oregon Driver's license/CDL preferred and good driving record. We will perform a drug test and DMV records check.
