Description
Today I saw a stray cat near the river in Skinner Butte Park, it was black and white and medium to long fur. Fairly small looking and dirty, very skittish. I tried to go up to it but it wouldn’t get close to me so I left a can of cat food and will check back on it. Has anyone seen or lost a cat in this area?
