This kitten followed me home and she(?) looks very sick. Small, orange, and i believe female. I took her inside and am doing what I can to help. Is she your's? If so, please respond with proof of ownership/tell me if you're going to take her to the vet when you get her back. Otherwise, I will either keep her or find someone else who can provide her with the help she needs. Thanks!
