My goal is to help you gain confidence and become equipped with the knowledge and training to be a success Notary Signing Agent. Come prepared to learn about the core documents in a residential loan that appear in every package, receive a workbook that will include: a script for a loan package, reference material to help you complete a loan package. The workshop will include pre and post appointment tips, supplies needed, estimated cost of getting started and much more. Taught by Certified Notary Signing Agent Kennethee Dunner with 6 years of Signing Agent experience, 8 years of GNW experience and 5 years of residential lending escrow and legal doc prep.
