CLEANING / JANITOR NEEDED - $15.50/hr Full Time

Shore Management Inc., is looking for reliable, honest and detail-oriented part-time and full-time individuals with house cleaning and janitorial experience. Responsible for cleaning apartments and homes in an efficient and timely fashion and maintaining common areas of properties. Must be self-motivated and stay busy while unsupervised. Must have clean driving record to operate a company van. Daily tasks Include: ▪ Perform Deep-cleaning of vacant apartments and homes upon tenant turnover. ⁃ Clean windows and window tracks ⁃ Thoroughly clean all types of flooring ⁃ Clean appliances ⁃ Clean fan blades ⁃ Must be able to operate a pressure washer and sweep/clean garages. ⁃ Dust around door jambs and panels ⁃ Clean cabinets inside & out ⁃ Clean behind and under stove and fridge ▪ Cleaning and maintaining tidiness of apartments on a biweekly basis. ▪ Cleaning company office on a weekly basis. ▪ Cleaning of laundry rooms once to twice per month. ▪ Communicate with maintenance manager regarding any extra cleaning or maintenance required. ▪ Must be able to remove graffiti from walls and trash enclosures. Must have proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. (Valid CA Driver's license, Social Security card, or Permanent Resident Card) and be able to complete an I-9 form. Must have a clean driving record and be able to operate a company vehicle. Must be able to read, write and communicate and follow instructions in English. This is a full-time position 40 hours per week (8am to 4pm) Pay rate is $15.50 per hour with reimbursements for car and smartphone. 50% contribution for Health/Dental/Vision benefits (after 60 days). 401(k) eligible for full-time work Please email today if you are interested in this position!
