About Us: Daily Harvest Express is a local, family owned online farmers market based in Carlsbad, and delivering to customers throughout San Diego county. We support local agriculture by making locally grown food easily accessible. Partnering with farms and food artisans throughout the county, we deliver a large variety of quality products to homes and businesses. About the Role: Daily Harvest Express is looking for an energetic personality to help us pack our fresh farm boxes to customers. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely delivery of customer’s orders from our warehouse located in Carlsbad. We provide training to the right person who can demonstrate motivation and a willingness to learn. The work schedule is on an as-needed basis between 7 am to 4 pm Monday through Sunday. Schedules are posted 3 weeks out. Job Duties: Efficiently pick and pack customer orders Sort and receive shipment, pack online orders, and assist an assembly line for daily packing assignments Review packing slip, pick and pack orders according to quantity, size etc. ensuring accuracy Operate pallet jack in and around warehouse Ensure that the correct quantity and product is loaded and delivered Adhere to health & safety policies and quality standards Minimum Qualifications: Able to regularly lift at least 50 lbs. Minimum of 2 years of warehouse or produce experience Great attention to detail Diligent and punctual Good physical strength and stamina Possess a positive and professional attitude Local candidates only Why should you apply?
