Property management company looking for a reliable and skilled person able to complete rent ready and maintenance jobs with at least 5 years’ experience in the property management field. Job requirements consist of the following: * completing the rent ready of single-family homes and multi-family homes * staying on budget * completing the job on time while making sure the outcome is a quality product * Knowledge of residential plumbing, electric, carpentry, drywall, etc. is an absolute must. The rent ready crew is responsible for removing of junk when a property is dumped on, policing grounds of apartment complexes each week, and eviction set-outs, as well as making units ready for a new tenant. Some over-time and some weekends may be required depending on weather and emergencies, but not normal. Must be dependable, have an excellent work attendance, have a positive attitude, be productive with little supervision, and be a team player. Must have your own reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and have car insurance. Must have your own hand tools – we do not provide tools. We do reimburse mileage which will be discussed at interview.
