Need somebody to fix my dryer

Hey there, I am looking for somebody to come by and fix my Whirlpool Roper dryer for me. We have had trouble with the dryer drum belt coming off in the past, but we replaced it and it seemed good to go so long as we don't put too much weight in the dryer. However, this time we realized that the bolt holding the harness and latch together is broken, and we need to replace the bolt I believe (not an expert). Essentially every time we run the dryer, the bolt will loosen up and break off causing the drum to stop spinning. I am wondering how we can get the bolt (what the part number is and where to get it), or if there is anything else we need to do to get it fixed. Please check out the pictures for a visual of what it is. Thinking I will pay somebody $50 for information on how to get the bolt, or $100 if it needs some other kind of fix. Thanks so much. Best, Lee
