Lumberjack to cut down my cherry tree

Hello, I have a cherry tree in my backyard that needs to be removed. It’s located In-between three buildings so the branches will have to be tethered and lower down safely. I also want the yard debris brought around to the front of the house and all the limbs bucked and stacked. I’m planning on burning the stump flush with the ground so no stump grinder is needed.
