We take pride in our work, in making sure Our Customer’s are Happy! Job Position Description: Professionally clean customer homes using Merry Maids’ unique cleaning procedures and products. As a team member, you will be responsible to provide exceptional customer service by consistently cleaning homes. Availability Monday - Friday from 07:45 am to 5:00 pm. End time varies based on number of houses. We start our day in our local office, meet as a team to review our clients cleaning needs, and then Cleaning Associates drive their personal cars to our client’s homes. No nights OR Weekends! Paid Training - Guaranteed $15.00 per hour to start. After six months you go to $15.50 per hour (plus possible production bonus). Mileage Reimbursement! Paid Holidays and PTO Accrual Weekly Pay with Direct Deposit! Incentive Bonus’s Uniforms provided with no upfront costs! Part Time / Flexible positions avail - contact us for details! MUST HAVE A RELIABLE CAR, W/PROOF OF CAR INSURANCE and a VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE! Responsibilities: • Use Merry Maids cleaning products and procedures to clean in customer homes. • Use provided equipment including vacuums and microfiber cleaning cloths • Clean all surfaces in home, including fans, blinds, light fixtures, baseboards, fixtures, counters, showers, toilets, cabinets, and floors • Ability to clean floors on hands and knees in kitchens and bathrooms • Vacuum all stairs, carpet, hard surface floors and furniture • Move all reasonably movable furniture to clean under and behind • Carry all cleaning products and equipment to and from office, vehicle, and customers’ homes • Assist in keeping supplies stocked and maintain equipment • Disinfect all equipment after each house • Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time • Has respect and understanding for co-workers and customers • PPE - Masks, Gloves and Booties must be worn in Customer's homes at all times Qualifications: • Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses • Ability to read cleaning instructions • Strong communication and customer service skills • Ability lift and carry 20 lbs. of equipment • Ability to withstand regular physical contact with dog and cat hair, mold, dust, mildew and cleaning solutions • Ability to drive to and from various job sites Requirements: * A Valid Driver's License * Must have Car (with current Insurance) available for daily use! * Must be able to pass Drug & Background Screening * Needs to get tested for COVID-19 before and during employment OR Show proof of Vaccination CALL/TEXT US @631-471-1234 OR EMAIL: [email protected] Job Type: Full-time/Part Time w/Flexible Days!!
