Human Bean Treasure Valley Warehouse Assistant
All Human Bean employees are expected to maintain professionalism, good work ethic and report all issues and
concerns to management. The warehouse assistant is expected to uphold a high standard of cleanliness and
organization with all aspects of the warehouse and Human Bean delivery equipment.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Human Bean Warehouse is the central hub for all products that are delivered weekly to the 11
coffee stands in the Treasure Valley. It is the job of the warehouse assistant to ensure that products
are being properly pulled, recorded and delivered successfully to the stands each week. Warehouse
employees are also responsible for the assistance of putting away any products that are delivered to
the warehouse for distribution.
AVAILABILITY AND HOURS
● 25-30 hours/week
● Monday - Friday from 7a-1p (Hours may vary on some days depending on how quickly the
deliveries are completed)
● Hours are flexible on some level
REQUIREMENTS
● Must be at least 16 years of age
● Must have a valid Driver’s License
● Must be able to lift heavy objects
● Must be responsible enough to work independently
DUTIES
● Picking orders from a delivery form provided by warehouse manager
● Accounting for all delivered or shorted products
● Loading delivery truck with picked product
● Reporting low warehouse products to warehouse manager
● Cleaning warehouse and maintaining organization of products on shelves at the end of the day
● Putting away any products that are delivered to the warehouse for store use
● Delivering and unloading products at the stores twice a week
● Driving to and purchasing products from local companies such as USCHEF Store, Restaurant
Supply Store, etc.
