Part Time Custodian

A large facility maintenance company has an opening for a part time custodian. Job duties include but are not limited to: Hands-on work, using tools, equipment, and supplies, some equipment maintenance, and other tasks given by management. Hours will be approximately 7.5 per week during school and 1.5 during summer, Christmas, and spring breaks. The schedule is very flexible. Work can be performed anytime the building isn’t being used. Pay is $12.50 per hour. All school holidays and snow days off. Applicants must pass a background check and be at least 18 years old. Applicants must also be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand & walk for extended periods, reach above head and shoulders continuously, and climb stairs and ladders. Applicant must be detail oriented and possess good communication skills with customers and employees. No previous experience is required. We are an equal opportunity employer.
