We are a homeowners association located in Sacramento. You would play a key role in the daily maintenance projects at our 725 unit condominium community. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn. This position is Mon-Fri, 7am to 3:30pm, and one week a month to share in the after hours on-call duties. The pay is $18 Hr. Experience in a variety of skilled trades is preferred but willing to train the right individual. Personal Characteristics Required: We need someone dependable who can get along in a team environment. Customer service behaviors preferred with a positive attitude. Possesses exceptional work standards. Has the ability to follow up on all tasks to ensure proper completion SKILLS: What are your skills? Carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting? Perform service requests and repairs as directed. Clean and inspect all common area building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor. Be available for on call rotation and maintenance emergencies. Responsible for troubleshooting, repairs and maintaining a condo facility. CA Drivers Lic, and Reliable transportation Required. Shift 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday. Weekend and after hour emergency on call shared duty. Job Type: Full-time Pay: 18.00 per hour with medical, vision, and dental benefits.
