Description

You will be responsible for answering and documenting all incoming calls and to assist customers with their needs. The position includes taking orders for deliveries, pick-ups and fielding telephone calls that require some mechanical or operational troubleshooting with equipment. May deliver equipment occasionally. This position requires an individual with strong leadership abilities and excellent verbal and written English communication abilities. The successful candidate should be very well organized and able to handle a multitude of tasks at any given time. This position can include physical demands such as occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds. Experience in the rental industry is very helpful but not necessary. We can and will teach, train and develop you therefore your ability to learn and apply yourself, your willingness to participate and contribute will directly affect both your success and the success of our business.
